Got the driveway post in finally.
This wall is nearby. It needs some pointing and repair but not today.
Trying to figure out what to do here.
The wooden post has rotted out and left some wood in the bottom of the hole so the replacement post won’t go down far enough. Mmmm. The wooden gate is also falling apart so it also needs to be replaced. Check the junk pile. Too wide. Too short. Mmmm. What to do? Find out tomorrow!
In the meantime I pruned back the rose bush some and a few weed trees and shredded them up for the compost pile.
Boy did those girls ever flatten out that pile! Got it heaped up again and chores done. Sigh. Time to go to work.
